Hi!
I used custom CSS code from this topic to change the icon for Tumblr to Telegram, and it worked:

1. The only problem is that the original TheBlogger icons react to hover by changing color (both in header menu – they become dark, and in the About page – they become white on dark circle), and my new icon doesn’t. Which looks kind of ugly in comparison. How can I make my custom icons react to mouse hover as well?

2. Another quesion is – what kind of picture is the optimum for these icons (in terms of picture size, file type, etc.)? I notice that my custom icon seems a bit blurry on the site as compared to original ones (I use PNG on transparent background), although it looks quite sharp when I view it in an image editor.

Hi,
You need to create an opposite color telegram icon then use this custom css code. I mean create a white telegram icon and upload it.

a.social-link.tumblr:hover { background-image: url(url-here) !important; }
