Hello,

In the contact page the map is not loading correctly. Although it shows up for a second or two, then I get an error message. Looking at the Javascript console I see the following:

“Google Maps API error: MissingKeyMapError https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#missing-key-map-error” js:35:315

“Google Maps API warning: NoApiKeys https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#no-api-keys” util.js:211:33

“Google Maps API warning: SensorNotRequired https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#sensor-not-required” util.js:211:33

Any ideas? Thank you.

Please go to appearance > theme options > general > be sure that you wrote the right google map api key here.

I don’t use the WordPress theme but I use the HTML version. I have all coordinates correct but not loading. Any ideas?

Thanks for your reply. I’ve just downloaded the template again and uploaded it directly onto my server without changing a thing. Still the same problem remains.

Hi,

Google map api requires api key for new domains to show the map, otherwise throws js errors, which might be breaking the js codes of the theme. In this case you need to add your google map api key at the end of google map api script url;

<script src="https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?key=YOUR_API_KEY_HERE"></script>
