Hi,
For some reason some icons are not showing on my pages.
– Hamburger menu
– + icon at toggles
– eye icon at light box
(http://jvdgtl.io/email-template-design/)And also in the gravity form that i installed: https://jvdgtl.io/order-email-template-design/
Can you see what causes this?
Johan
Hi, this is really awkward, when the first time font icons are not loaded i checked the chrome console and saw an error message about `Font from origin has been blocked from loading by Cross-Origin Resource Sharing policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource.
Origin is therefore not allowed access.`, i just made a quick search on it and found some possible solutions, please check out this posts;Hi Serkan,
Thanks, for sending the links, but that doesn’t seem to work..
Looks like it has something to do with moving my site to https? Now i have an error for Fontello font aswel:
Access to Font at ‘https://jvdgtl.io/wp-content/themes/readme/css/fonts/fontello/font/fontello.woff?59379211’ from origin ‘http://jvdgtl.io’ has been blocked by CORS policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. Origin ‘http://jvdgtl.io’ is therefore not allowed access.
And font awesome has a different error:
GET https://use.fontawesome.com/releases/v5.0.8/css/all.css net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
Any other ideas?
Hi,
I will forward this topic to our developer. And I will let you know when we got a solution.
Thanks for your patience.Hi, can you deactivate your theme and switch to the default theme and then try reactivating your theme and see if it helps.
Wow, yes, that seems to work for now. Thanks. This has been bothering me for over a week.
you’re welcome ;) please don’t forget to rate the theme on themeforest if you liked it, thanks.
Yes, I will. Now i see it is not working on chrome ios app, and neither the safari app..
Do you know an easy fix for that?
Hi jvdgtl,
We looked at the relevant url and source code. It seems very difficult to determine where the fault originated. Before you customize this theme, upload the default style and see if it’s the same problem. If there is a problem with the default theme, we can solve it, but if there is an error from your customization, we can not detect the error because we do not know where it changed.
ThanksHi Serkan,
I uploaded the original css, and removed all custom css. Still the same issue, sometimes it is working, sometimes not. I hope this will help?

Hi Johan,
I checked your related url on chrome ios app and safari app and it is working well.
It’s very interesting that sometimes it gives an error. The following topics maybe help you because you get the same error on the console.
You can check out this related urls.;

ThanksOk, thanks for your time guys. It looks like the problem is fixed. There was some mixed content on the page, which caused the problem i think :-|. I don’t see the errors anymore, and the fonts are showing well all all browsers.
Cheers!
