    Tested with your demo site in IE 10.0.11. The – ” – character look 4-5 times larger than in laptop view.

    No, only tested on a laptop with Win7. Have no access to Win mobile.

    Sorry, I realized just now that I probably missed an essential info: the problem arises when resizing the viewport of the browser below 767px.

    Hi, i see the issue, we will fix it in the next update. Also you can add this custom css to fix it;

    @media (max-width: 767px) { 
   blockquote::before { font-size: 90px; }
}
