No email notifications when replying to commenters

    Hi, my readers have been complaining about not receiving email notifications whenever I reply to their comments on my blog, even though they did input their email addresses when they leave comments. Is there any way to solve this problem? Thank you!

    I am using the latest theme version and my url is http://gourmetpersuasian.com/
