Can't access to the website

    Hi,
    When me or my clients try to connect to my website, there is a screen with the wordpress logo which appear, and it’s written that :
    “It seems that wordpress is already installed. For reinstal it, start with deleting your old data base.”

    I don’t understand what to do / what it means, and how can I fix it.

    Don’t visit the wordpress install url. You can see it in the browser’s address bar. The url ends with install.php. Remove the install.php from url and only try to access your /wp-admin/
