    Hi, use this in your Theme Options > Custom CSS field:

    body { background-color: #eeeeee; }

    Yes, it is possible. Use a page slug in the code.

    Example:

    body section#about-me { background-color: #dddddd; }

body section#resume { background-color: #cccccc; }

    Note: You can find a page slug in the editing screen. (Screen Options > Slug).
