Standard links in Portfolio page not working

Hello,

—> The links to single poject’s page in the portfolio are not working (http://juangarciacalvo.com/portfolio/).

They send to http://juangarciacalvo.com/#/portfolio/culthaus/ and the right url should be http://juangarciacalvo.com/portfolio/culthaus/

—> I want to translate My works into Spanish, where can I do it?

—> And I want to reorder the tags in view. They are ordered by alphabet but I want to set my preferred order.

1-) for question #1 : it’s really weird, i can’t see any errors on console but ajax script is not working properly on your site; can you try;

– disable all of your plugins and check it again.

1-) for question #1 : i have no idea why ajax script is not working on your site. I expect to see some script errors when something like this occurs but in your site i can’t see any script errors on the console. So i have no clue what is causing this, Can you try :

– install a fresh copy of the theme on the same server and import dummy data and check if it occurs on the fresh copy.

– Regarding to #3, our wordpress developer will answer this question in a short time.

I have installed the new version of the theme and it is still not working. I haven’t imported dummy data cause when I had it, it didn’t work either

I neither have idea why is not working, anyone in your team could help me?

when i validated your markup i detected two important issues;
```
Error : Line 718, Column 6: End tag div seen, but there were open elements. </div> 

Error : Line 711, Column 19: Unclosed element ul. <ul class="social">

3) try this way:

– go to: Appearance > Editor > functions.php

– find:
```
$pf_terms = get_categories( 'type=portfolio&taxonomy=department' );
```
– edit:
```
$pf_terms = get_categories( 'type=portfolio&taxonomy=department&orderby=slug' );
```
– save changes.

Then, go to Portfolio > Departments. Click Quick Edit link of a department and change the slug input for your custom order.

For the bug #1, I don’t know how to fix these important issues. In the text editor of the contact page I can’t see this tags. So ahmetsali, where can I fix these markup errors??

Please double check your shortcodes. And make sure they are same usage format as described in the theme documentation.

Example:

but…it is still not working portfolio page :-(

Ajax is a language that works on the browser and not in the server, so it is impossible that the problem would be on the server….

Mi hosting has PHP 5.5 and it is totally updated.

Please try to install a fresh copy of the theme. You can download it from ThemeForest.

Install your theme via WordPress admin. WordPress sets correct permission for your theme’s files and folders.

User yrwan solder the problem!

I’ve found where the problem was. I’ve change the name of my portfolio and so the URL of my portfolio page. To work your portfolio page must be name “portfolio”.

I personally had renamed this page to projects, after restoring the original page and changing the widgets to #/portfolio, it now works.

Yes you are right, like Ahmet mentioned on the previous post, changing permalink settings to post-name, worked for my missing portfolio pages to load the correct way.

I have tried all fixes mentioned in this post and other related posts. I have cleaned out all of the work I did on my website, and uploaded all of the sample data and it still did not work. I followed the installation directions exactly….nothing worked. I feel like this is a waste of money and time and I’m moving on.
