Hi,
This is one of the most disturbing part of this theme (I guess). If anyone visit my site with the # url, the portfolio works fine. Like: http://www.isaumya.com/#/portfolio
But when any user write the url manually and try to visit my portfolio page as http://www.isaumya.com/portfolio – it gives a blank page just with the page name showing in top.
This is really bad. Infact this is only happens when you visit the portfolio page. But if you visit any portfolio item without the#url, it works fine. Like: http://www.isaumya.com/portfolio/pable-invoice-template/ (This is great).
I thing the/portfoliopage also needs to show the thumbnail tile which it shows when visited with#/portfoliourl.
This is a major problem of theme theme and many users has also complained me about that blank page. But I really don’t know how to fix this. So I really requesting you to show up the tiled portfolio thumbnail in the portfolio page when it has been visisted without the#.Hi, I will make some tests on this issue and try to realize what causes the problem. I let you know when I come up with a solution. Thanks for the feedback.
What kind of behaviour is this? You guys give reply to everyone’s problem except mine. Every single post of mine is still unattenuated while others has been resolved. This is really insulting to me.
Hey Sali, Its not about fixing the issue in 24hrs. I never asked you to fix every single issue in 24hrs, but what I expect at least is a single reply on the bug/problem I submit.
This gives a feeling that you people are looking into this and trying to fix it instead of giving no reply and abandoning the thread.
I know it might be sound silly to you as a developer perspective, but you will understand the significance of a single reply if you look into this from a client perspective.
