Page Title shows with "hide title" checked

    My site’s not live so I can’t provide link. I have “hide title” checked but my page title is showing. I’ve tried unchecking and rechecking, and deleting browser cache to no avail. WP 4.0.1 with Chrome.

    Hi, in which template do you have the issue, default or another? I mean the template option in the Page Attributes box in the editing screen.

    I have the same problem. It worked once when I hide the tile but then reappeared when I made the page the main home page.
