Is it possible to select only certain categories of the blog to show in the /blogs category?
Is it also possible to show only excepts of the blog in the blog with a “see more”

– you can try this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-category-excluder/
– activate excerpt from theme options > blog > excerpt.
