shortcodes not working

    When I insert the shortcode ‘social icon’, all i get is a bulleted list with a letter.
    I also tried other shortcodes like ‘intro’ and ‘call to action’ and they aren’t working either.

    The ‘toggle’ shortcode works fine.

    I don’t know how to fix this…

    Please help?
