Gallery images not loading

    Hi,

    My gallery images are not loading – page just stays on preloader. Demo galleries are the same. I have de-activated all plugins but still the same, and followed the instructions to create a new gallery in the documentation.

    Is there something I’m missing?

    Also just deactivated and deleted the theme, then re-installed. Issue is not consistent – sometimes I can create a gallery with 3 or 4 images and it will load, but other times nothing – just hangs on the preloader.

    I’ve resized all my images, but no good.

    Even demo galleries which have successfully imported fail to load, although all the featured images (even for galleries I create) show up on /gallery/

    Any help appreciated.

    The gallery shows images when you upload new images to your gallery item’s content. We will improve this functionality with an update soon.

    OK that’s great to know. So it won’t work by adding images from existing Media content? I have to create a new gallery and upload directly to this new gallery?

    I just tested this and it works – I’m happy to use this workaround and look forward to the update!

    it still doesn’t work when uploading from the media content!!

    When I’m adding images from media library to a new gallery, but the gallery page just stays on preloader.

    I have the last Version: 1.1.6 and I still experience the problem. Is there a more updated version?
