Form elements page

    Hi there,

    Have a question, after i fill out all the lines in the Form elements file, i press button “SEND” and nothing happened! But, as i understand it should be sent like a message from Contact form page,right?! So, why it doesn’t work properly?! How i can set it up?!

    is it possible just include some elements from FORM ELEMENTS PAGE into CONTACT FORM?! like a check boxes and prices? so the clients can check the services , setup a budget, fill the commentary box and send me an email with all provided information above?!
