How can I get my “Work” Page to look like the demo site’s work page? Currently my work page looks like this http://www.mattrileyphoto.com/work/
I would like all the featured images to be the same size so they organize nicely.
Also how do you order the portfolios on the work page?

If you have created your galleries before upload this theme, you need to install Regenerate Thumbnails plugin and run once, and your images should be optimized then.
ThanksI create the galleries in this theme. Installing and running this plugin just messed up a bunch of the thumbnails on the home screen (I can probably go back and fix all those) but it didn’t do anything for my work page like I wanted. I guess ultimately I can create new universal sized thumbnails in photoshop and upload them, just wanted an easier way to do it.
I really would like to know though, how do you change the order of the portfolios on my work page?

It is really awkard issue, normally wordpress is resizing automatically. I am happy that you can solve the issue with photoshop.
And you can change the order of the portfolios with editing the publish date. The latest portfolio item displays first. So on the right side you can see the Publish section. Edit publish date.
