I am using 4.4.1 and the shortcode generator from the post edit page just comes up blank. I have disabled all plugins in my WP installation, in my browser and even my internet security software. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi, it is related to folder and file permissions. Set 755 for folders and 644 for files when uploading via FTP. But, if you install the theme via wordpress, it assigns the correct permissions.

Thank you very much for the response. I have checked the permission of all the theme files and they are as you’ve mentioned. Unfortunately it is still blank.
