I’d like to add adsense javascript code for a responsive ad below the menu/title bar but above the blog content to appear on every page. Is there any way to do this?
I tried inserting the code where the image was in this answer, but it didn’t seem to work.

It is not possible by default. But you can search a plugin for this issue.
