Hello;
I write to report 2 little issues after updating (I’ve update manually via WordPress and I’ve regenerated the thumbnails already):
1) The portfolio main pictures are not aligned; there’s a big gap: http://www.alessandrocarpentiero.com/portfolio/
2) I’ve set the image gallery in this page for having 4 columns, but it keeps showing it with 2: http://www.alessandrocarpentiero.com/interior-photographer-milano-italy/
I’ve tried to create a new gallery, but I’ve experienced the same issue.Kind regards
Hi @alessandrocar88;
1) I couldn’t detect any issue which you told me. Which browser you are using to test it ?
Did you try to check it with another browser?2) It is not showing 4 columns because your “Medium-width Page” or default template for that page. You can see it under page attributes. You should choose a full width page then it will be okay.
Thanks
Hello Serkan,
1) It seemed like I didn’t set a feature image for the 1st gallery, so it showed as an empty space. I set it and now it works.
2) The page was set as “Default Template”. Now I set it as Full Width; the situation has improved but the 3rd row messes everything up., showing 3 images instead of 4 as I’d like. Isn’t there a way to set the column specifiying how many pictures in a single row?
Thank you
As an additional question:
3) Viewing that page on a mobile devices doesn’t show the gallery in a grid, but just all the images piled up; that makes it quite uncomfortable to browse since they’re many pics. Is it possible to show the gallery as a grid also on mobile devices?
Thank you
Hi @alessandrocar88;
I see 4 images in a row. The item number changes with screen dimension.
Your last question is not possible by default. if you are not familiar to coding you may consider hiring an expert at envato studio.Hello:
after theme update and re-running “regenerate thumbnails” all my galleries are screwed-up…
http://www.xchaus.com/portfolio/lifestyle/vero-and-dominique-love-story-in-versailles/ – no space between photos
After clicking on any photo and (!!!) clicking ESC button (if I click on the close “cross” symbol in the right top corner it does not work) it, the gallery is back to normal.
I’ve purged all caches and the problem still remains.
Rgds,
KonstAppreciate urgent reply, since it is NOT the way they should look
at the moment, all the galleries at http://www.xchaus.com look wrong
Seems like it could be browser-specific:

P.S.: Caches have been cleaned always
