Hey there.
I ran into some bugs yesterday and I am having a hard time finding out why things don’t work they are supposed to.1.) Yesterday I wanted to update to the newest version of the Photographer theme. Having not updated it in a while, I forgot about whether or not there is an automatic update option. So I went to Appearence > Themes, selected the Photographer theme and there was a button that said “update”. I was like “great”, clicked it and guess what? It updated to a Photographer Theme by Ketchup Themes! (https://ketchupthemes.com/photographer-theme/). I know I have to update via FTP (which I now did) but how can it be that there is a button which updates the Photographer theme to a completely different theme?
2.) Photowall Animation. I really don’t know why that is, but ever since I updated to the latest version, the Photowall Animation takes a really long time to load, resulting in my Website being really slow and taking almost 40 Seconds to completely load up. The images are optimized and everything else loads up fine, just the Homepage with the Photowall takes a lot. And the Homepage is the most important one to me.
3.) Photowall Animation Photos. I have a lot of different Portfolios on my Website. Still, in the Photowall Animation I only see the same pictures over and over again. I’d like it to show all the categories I have, so a user sees that I don’t only take photos of women, but also Event/Food/Corporate Photos.
4.) Photos are distorted. Horizontal Photos are distorted. The porportions are just not right. Both in the Photowall Animation aswell as in the Portfolio preview. It only gets right when you click on the image in the portfolio and it opens up in the lightbox. How can I fix these wrong proportions?
I know these are a lot of questions, but I need them solved as I have to switch the template otherwise. With the default/twentyfifteen template such problems as Pagespeed don’t occur, which leads me to the conclusion that the problem is the template. Also, I replaced the wrong Ketchup Theme update of course and installed a fresh copy downloaded from themeforest.

There is another theme which name is photography. That is why it all messed up but we solved this issue couple months ago. So you won’t this kind of issue in the future.
Homepage with photowall wasn’t slow actually. It took less than 1 sec to load up.

For the distorted issue, I would recommend you to run generate plugin once.
For your further question, please create a new topic for each. And also don’t forget the deactivated all your plugin before you try these steps.
