I am very happy with Phtopgrapher, but I have some trouble here:
At http://www.nikolasaric.de/?department=works&lang=en I have a blank space in the first field of the grid which does not appear at http://www.nikolasaric.de/?department=arbeiten&lang=de and I cannot detect where I may have made a mistake.
Can you find out my mistake? Thanks in advance!
Hi wallsuit,
It looks like you didn’t add feature image to some of your portfolio items.
Please ensure that you have feature images.
ThanksHi Serkan,
I know that it looks like that, but it’s not like that, unfortunately. Maybe I can send you screenshots of the ‘departments’ overview of my dashboard via private message?
Hi wallsuit,
Demetrius and diverse items haven’t any featured image. You can send me screenshot as well..http://www.nikolasaric.de/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/beitragsbild.png
Demetrius has a featured image (“Beitragsbild”) in German, and it is shown on the “Works” overview.
Did I get you wrong?
Hi wallsuit,
Go to settings > Permalinks and choose default and save it.
Then change it to post name and save it and check it again.
If you still have the same issue, deactivate all your plugin and try it again.Hi Serkan!
I did as you told me, but nothing changed.
Detlef :-(Hi wallsuit,
Did you deactivate all your plugin as well? Well this is odd, could you send me your admin details via our contact form and I will run some test.
Thankshttp://www.nikolasaric.de/department/arbeiten/
In your related url there is not any blank issue. I could not detect your issue baceuse of my wp role. Can not see what is inside the portfolio items.I switched off all plugins incl. the WPML plugins.
http://www.nikolasaric.de/department/arbeiten/ has no issues, but http://www.nikolasaric.de/department/works/ has (the English version). That’s what makes it even more weird.
Sorry if I gave you the wrong WP role. I will change that and I will activate the WPML plugins. If neccessary, you can deactive them again.
Hi, you have some portfolio departments with no portfolio posts under it, that’s why the portfolio page looks weird, if you delete your empty departments or create posts inside them and add gallery to that posts, your problem should be solved.
@ahnetsali
Hi! I have five portfolios in every language (except Arabic), and in each I have posts. At least that’s what I see on my dashboard.
Each five portfolios are under one department in the respective language (Works,Arbeiten,радови).
As I frist had installed more departments, I have now deleted one of the non-used departments in the Serbian version for testing. This results now in three blank spaces at http://www.nikolasaric.de/department/%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%B4%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%B8/?lang=sr !
