The difference appears when you use more than one “block” within a toggle or accordion set:
all toggles can be open/closed independently; while in an accordion set, only one block can be open at the same time. So if you have one block open, and click to open another one, the one that were opened will close itself automatically.

You can use this custom css code to change its color code;

.toggle h4 { color: #777; }
