Reduce Spaces between header and body and footer

    Hello
    Please How can I reduces spaces between header and body and footer
    and If I want to put an image in a page it will take high space upper and under the image..

    another thing, if you look at the photo in the middle of the page, how to reduce the space above it, I already removed any space between it and lines before and still the space too much
