Missing cvCard Page Template Menu

    Hi There:

I’m having a few problems with this theme on my site and am hoping that you can help.

Here is a Google Drive folder with all the images you’ll need for the below:

I’ve searched the forums and everything and can’t seem to find my problem.

I followed the documentation for installation and setup.

My problem is that all my pages, save the blog page, redirect to /#about-me. Additionally, only the classic menu version of my home page is showing, despite having more than just the “about-me” front page on both the widgets and menu in the same order (you can view the images for example in the folder linked above).

I believe I’ve narrowed it down however:

I do not see the option for “cvCard Page Template Menu” on Appearances > Menus > Menu Settings > Theme locations (see image “missing-theme-location”).

For the life of me, I can’t figure out why?

Additionally, under Settings > Reading, should I put my blog page as the Front page displays > posts page? Or should I leave it up to the widget? Regardless, when I didn’t have it static, the url redirected to /blog#/about-me anyways, and the menu still failed to show up. Now, I’ve set it to be static and the /blog doesn’t get redirected, but it still fails to show under the menu.

Have you encountered this problem before? Really looking for some help as I love the theme and would love to use it!

Thank you so much! Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Hi,
Appearance > theme options > style > Classic Navigation Menu (no) next tab classic layout (no)
Settings > permalinks > check post name
Settings > reading > A static page (select below)
    Front page: Homepage
    Posts page: Blog
    Thanks

    Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately, all those settings were checked:

    – “Appearance > theme options > style > Classic Navigation Menu (no) next tab classic layout (no)

    – “Settings > permalinks > check post name

And this screenshot was taken after updating all of those settings, flushing the cache, reinstalling the theme from scratch.

I’ve also disabled all my plugins and I still can’t get the “Theme Locations > cvCard page Template” to show.

I’m at a loss. Can you think of anything else?

    Thanks again!

    Hi dongbui,
What kind of issue do you have? Could you please explain it to me and btw deactivate all your plugin?
    Thanks
