which settings do I have to make if I want to have for example Blog in the menue with several subitems like people, travel, (I am so far right now) ….. If you go with the the cursor on Blog all the different topics show up and you can click on them. You can also click on Blog itself, which I don´´ t want to have. I saw in your live you that for example you could not click on “features” only at all the categories which show up if you go with the cursor on “features”. I tried several options. Do I have to create “Blog” as side or category. Both did not bring me the solution I would like to have.
Hi Nathalie,
You don’t want to show all blog posts at the same time, you would like to show just some categories, right?
You can create a custom menu and add its name to “blog” and add “#” for the URL box.
Start by clicking on the Categories tab to expand it. You will see your blog categories listed there. Simply select the categories you want to add to the menu, and then click on add to menu button.
You will notice that categories will appear as menu items under menu structure column. Just like pages, you can simply drag and drop them to arrange their position on the menu.
In your menu structure, drag the menu item just below the parent item. Next, slightly drag the menu item to the right. You will notice that it will automatically become a sub-menu item.
Thanks
Thank you Serkan, I could fix it by creating a custum menu
is the the possibility, as I have my the sites for impressum and privacy policy in the menue, to put it somewhere in the buttom of the page?
