I have read many threads of users posting the same issue and the reply is always “what” to replace in the code. However, I can’t find WHERE to replace the code. I did get a Google API key so I’m ready to replace, but I don’t have an index.html file so it’s obviously not there. I’ve gone into the ‘Appearance’, ‘Theme Options’ ‘General’ and there’s no field for a Google API key there. I’ve scoured through the php files and it’s not there. I’ve scoured through the .js files and it’s not there. PLEASE tell me where the Google API key is supposed to go. Thanks.
Hi, You can connect to your website via ftp server and can able to see the theme files.
Yes, I can see the theme files. There are four folders (admin, css, images, js, languages) and then a bunch of php files. My question is, which of these theme files is the one I edit to add the Google API key?
