My website was working perfectly. i left it for a couple of weeks, went back to it and the whole menu system is not working and has duplicated itself. The navigation is also not working.
Any ideas what has happened?

Hi Josh,
You can deactivate all your plugin and check it again.
Please check your menu part as well. It can not happen itself. Might be third party plugin. Please remove unnecessary items from the menu.

Your portfolio page was set as post page in the settings > reading
That is why all the menu was messed. Just fixed.
