Hi. I am trying to get the map to show my location, but it is not working. In fact, before I even changed the coordinates, it was not working either. Also, my contact form is not working. I have correctly put in my details, but it is not sending.

Hi,
We will fix this issue for map with the next update. It might be available in one or two weeks.
Your host may have disabled the mail() function. It must be enabled on your server.
If your server can not fix it then install and use ninja forms plugin instead of our default contact form.

However, I am not inputting my hostgator mail account in the contact form. I put my gmail account there. Shouldn’t that work regardless of my hostgator settings?
Hi, It doesn’t matter. It should work regardless of your server. Just you can contact them to enable the mail function or just use the ninja form plugin. Style should be the same.

You need to find the latitude and longitude for your address. You can use this related url.

Please go to appearance > theme options > general > Paste your Google Map Api Key here and save it.

I change the Form as well for the Ninja Form, becasue was not working.
The google map insist in not working, I included the Google Map Api Key (Maps JavaScript API) but nothing happened.[row]

But you have a console error with the map. So double check for the key. And if you still have the issue, send me your wp admin details via our contact form and add this topic url as well.
Your host may have disabled the mail() function. It must be enabled on your server. You can contact your host first because our default contact form should work properly.

Do you have any access protection from other countries? When I try to connect your dashboard, I am getting this message “Acesso negado”
If you activated a plugin for this feature, please deactivate it. If you haven’t installed a plugin for this feature, please contact your hosting company. Maybe they are not allowing me to check your dashboard because of the different country.

There was a different sign instead of a quotation mark. I just deleted the quotes in the map shortcode and typed it again and it is working now.
