Logo Size in Header

we are currently using your Blogger theme and have one issue with the logo size in the header. We have it the header option static, so when you scroll down the header shrinks and stays at the top. However it makes the logo way too small. How can we change this so we either keep the same size logo or at least a min size so it is readable. http://www.blog.brasi.hrnstiftung.org

You can use this custom css code;
```
