Hi!
I’m moving my blog and have chosen TheBlogger theme as I think its fabulous! I’m having trouble with a few things so it would be great if you could help:
1) I can’t figure out how to make full sized images within posts. not sure if there is something I need to activate or something in the configuration or what.
2) Also within posts, I can only make my images as wide as the columns if I set the columns to 700px wide. If they are any wider, the images are not as wide as the column. All my photos from the past year are 1500px wide. I have tried, as suggested in the forums, to run the thumbnail plugin, etc,.. and nothing seems to work.
I would like to have my column widths at least 800px wide ideally. (and be able to have full width images!3) The two premium plugins that seem to come with the theme don’t work for me. To activate them I need to either pay or send some kind of confirmation code (sorry I cant remember the technical name of the code, I tried setting up these plugins a few days ago..).
4) (This is a bonus question). Is there anyway in my pages or post pages I can write in columns?
Cheers!
SofiaHi Sofia,
1) Edit your image and under the image details, you should see full-width image size. Choose and update it.
2) Please go to appearance > customize > single post > post media width > choose overflow and save it.
3) You can find the plugin’s documentation in the theme folder. You don’t need to pay extra for the use them. There is no need to enter a confirmation code if you do not get support for the plugin. When they release an update for the plugin, we update it automatically.
4) You can use this shortcode for the column.
[column width="8"]Content here.[/column][column width="4"]Content here.[/column]Next time, please do not ask questions in bulk. Because this makes it difficult for other users to find answers to their questions. If it is a question that has not been asked before, you can create a topic for each question.
ThanksHi Serkan,
Thanks for your quick reply. However:
1) I’ve checked and in fact all the images in the posts are set as Full Size. None are showing as Full Width. Do they need to have a minimum pixel width for that?
2) Weird. I already had the configurations as Overflow. So I just put it Fixed and then back to Overflow and it works now! Thanks.
3) and 4) Thanks!
Cheers,
SofiaHi Sofia,
Could your provide me your related url for full width image ? Also I just updated your forth question’s answer.

That is one of the images I was trying out to put as full width.
PS Sorry next time I’ll do one subject per ticket! :)

ThanksAh ok. We’ll leave it to when I go online then.
