Hello,
Can you please help me restore my login and password from Theme Forest which I used to purchase the Photographer theme. I can give the purchase code if you need proof that I’m a legal owner of the theme.
I want to download the updated version of the theme, but I can’t login too the Theme Forest account.
I just can’t remember the login from Theme Forest.
Please, help.

Unfortunately, we can not interfere with the actions associated with Themeforest username.
However, if you have a purchase code, you can update it with the envato toolkit plugin.

Though, I have an issue.
I moved to a different domain name and I’m trying to install the Photographer theme on the domain. Unfortunately, after I click install the theme the page is loading for too long and ends with an error connection.
As a result, I can’t install the theme properly.
Do you know why is that?
