If you make a blog post, and put an image at the very top of the post and then text below., the image will not resize when the browser is made smaller:

If you put a line of text above the image, the image resizes:

N.B. This issue is only present in Firefox. I am testing in v19. The issue is not present in IE or Chrome, or on Android. I don’t have a mac to test. In other words in IE, Chrome, and Android the image resizes.
