WP READ causing foreign locale for Facebook plugin

    I have the facebook plugin installed and the comments box is showing in turkish while all of my locales are in en_US. I’ve disabled all my plugins one by one to see which is causing the issue but it turns out it’s the WP READ theme that’s doing that. How do I change the theme locale to US English?
