Help with Adventura Set Up

    Hi,

    I am new to WP and installing the Adventura theme, and trying to get it to look like the demo. I have done most of the work , but I am having trouble with the following items: I cannot get the social media icons to appear in the header on the top right hand side, i can’t get the email subscribe box to appear in the side bar or in the footer, and I cannot get the instagram feed to appear in the footer either.

    Can you please help me trouble shoot this?

    Hi Carter,
    Please go to appearance > widgets > header social media icons > drag and drop social media icons widgets for each social media items. Add your URL and choose the icon and save it.
    You should activate the MailChimp plugin then go to widgets > footer subscribe > drag and drop the MailChimp sign-up form and save it. You can edit your sign-up form in the MailChimp for WordPress form settings.
    You should install and activate Instagram widget then drag and drop the same way to the footer Instagram area.

    Hi Serkan,

    I have followed your instructions for the social media icons and they are still not appearing in my header. Additionally, I have downloaded the instagram plugin, but when I go to Appearance>Widgets there is nothing showing that I can move to the footer section.

    Let me know if you have any other ideas on how to trouble shoot this.

    the instagram widget triggered this fatal error:

    Hi bjsint,
    First, try deleting the Instagram plugin and re-upload it. If you continue to get bugs, disable 3rd party plugins. We can figure it out that there is another plugin that affects it. If the problem persists, we will contact the WordPress developer.

    Hi Benjamin,
    I looked at the related URL. But I did not see any errors. Where do you get this console error? In the footer, the Instagram widget is displayed without problems. You can use the following custom CSS code to fix the color inside the follow me button.

    .instagram-pics + p a { color: #333; }
