How do I use the "Link" post format?

    How do I use the “Link” post format? I read the documentation and do not see any directions there. I’ve looked for custom fields, shortcodes, and more and don’t see how this works.

    Hi,
    Go to post > create a new one > choose format link on the right-hand side.
    Write your url and click to link button. Your format should be like this; You can copy and paste it to the text editor and edit it easily if you don’t know much about WordPress.
