Hello, after purchase of theblogger theme, I am trying to install it on WP 4.8.3 version (godaddy basic linux hosting with cPanel) and I am getting one of these 2 errors (when installing child and parent theme):
1. ‘Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again’
2. ‘The parent theme is missing. Please install the “theblogger” parent theme.’
Where can I read some logs or anything related to these error? Can you help me with this?Hello, I have resolved this myself. The problem was probably related to max upload file size.
When I set .user.ini in root of WP site with adjusted file size, I opened dashboard in another window
(triggering new PHP process) and I successfully installed the parent and child theme.
I discovered this by uploading some other free theme and message was clear:
“…file size exceeds the one specified in php.ini file bla bla…”
maybe you can work on NOT hiding the correct error message while installing your theme.I have also got some error while installing ‘I recommend this’ plugin that may be related to the problem,
but I am not sure about this.Hi, You can download the plugin from this url and go to plugins and choose upload new plugin and upload the downloaded zip file.
