Hi,
You should edit the portfolio item and click on an image and edit it, under the images, you can see the caption area. You can use it for the image captions and titles.

Thanks for your reply. I should’ve been more clear. I had added text to the caption field, even the description field, in an effort to get something to display, but nothing’s showing up.

Could you please try to use photo gallery settings and edit the media and choose link to the media file and save it.

I just checked your related url. When I click on any photo, I can see the description information in the bottom left corner.Yes, but I need it to show up on the page. I saw it happen before when i was adding images to the portfolio and it had a caption. I don’t know why it worked then and it’s not working now.
