    Hi, You can use these custom css code;

    @media screen and (min-width: 768px) {
.nav-menu ul li, .nav-menu ul li a {
    color: #333; font-size: 15px; font-weight: 400; } }

    Go to appearance > customize > fonts > headings fonts
    If you would like to play witch categorie fontss then you can use this custom css code;

    .entry-meta .cat-links a { color,size,weight etc. here; }
