how to hide date and short description in each post in homepage?

    I don’t find option to hide date and short description for each post on the homepage please help.

    Hi,
    The short description is coming via description area on the post page or coming via auto excerpt area.
    Appearance > theme options > blog > Automatic Excerpt
    This custom css code will remove the entry date.

    span.entry-date { display: none; }
