Mailchimp (sidebar & homepage) not working – John layout

Hey,

I installed the John theme and did a one click demo import (after installing all required plugin).

Somehow the mailchimp lead capture in the homepage and the blog sidebar are not working. I did configure MailChimp plugin already (after the import though).

Can you please help me? The website URL is https://thedigitalplaymaker.com. Right now, the website just has demo data (hidden from search engines).

Hi,
Please go to Dashboard > MailChimp for wp > Forms > clear the form and copy and paste this;
```
<p>
                                    <label>Subscribe your e-mail address and get to know about fresh stuff!</label>
                                </p>
<p>
	<input type="email" name="EMAIL" placeholder="Your email address" required />
</p>
<p>
	<input type="submit" value="Sign up" />
</p>
```
FYI, please go to Dashboard > settings > permalinks > common settings and choose post name and save it. It is better for the url structure.
