Hi, First of all, deactivate all your third-party plugins and try it again. Then Go to settings > permalinks > post name and save it. After that, go to settings > reading > choose front page: homepage and post page: blog page and save it. Lastly, go to appearance > widgets > homepage menu > be sure that pages are selected for each widget.

I deactivated all your third party plugins. It is working now. Please activate your plugins one by one. If you have an issue, then you can understand which plugin causes the problem.
