How to delete default blog posts

    Hello,

I noticed that all of the demo blog posts are showing up on my website now (they don’t show up as my new posts on my Posts page on the backend, but when I search their specific titles they are there and they are showing up in my recommended posts underneath individual blog posts). Why is that and how can I get rid of all the default pages so they don’t show up on my website?

Also, when I activated my new theme, somehow all of the demo blog posts were sent out as new post alert emails to all of my subscribers (that’s 30 plus emails to each of my subscribers! :0 ) Why did that happen?

    Thanks for all your help,

    Elizabeth

    Hi Elizabeth
By default sticky posts are shown on the main slider and they are excluded from the blog page, you can turn it off by navigating to Customizer > Blog > Sticky Posts: Include to blog.
For other issues, Can you consult the Mailchimp support team ? It should not be such an error.
    Thanks

I tried this but they are still showing up under related posts. Is there an easy way to round them all up and delete them so I can be sure they don’t appear anywhere on my site?

    Hi Elizabeth,
Please be sure that you deleted the trash folder as well. If you have any cache plugin, please clear the cache and try it again. If you delete the demo posts, they won’t show anywhere in the website.
    Thanks
