The thumbnails above a gallery seem to be only a few pixels high. What am I doing wrong?
In this context: You mention in another recent post to make sure to select gallery template from the menu on the right when creating a new gallery. I don‘t see a menu with an option to select a template.
Hi,
Can you send me your wp-admin details via our contact form and add this topic url as well?
Before you send me the login details, deactivate all your third-party plugins and try it again. http://www.pixelwars.org/contact/
Thanks
Success. I deactivated plugins and the issue was caused by the a3 Lazy Load plugin. I will try another method to assure fast image loading.
Can you explain about the gallery template you mentioned? Or is this unique to another theme and not Editor? I will send wp-admin details just in case you need them.
Hi Thomas,
I mean go to pages > edit the gallery page > there should be page attribute section > then you need to choose gallery template and save it. If you don’t see the page attribute section, please go to the screen options fly-down menu on the right-hand corner and activate the page attribute box.
Thanks
