10 spam emails each hour

I have a problem, each hour, at XX:43, I receive 10 spam email via website contact form.

I deleted the theme and replaced it, but the spam is still going though. I am sending this ticket as an awareness to increase the security code.

Hi Alex,
I would recommend you to install an anti-spam plugin. Example;

Thank you. Akismet was install from the very beggining. It should be something else. I reinstall everything just to be sure.

Can you please offer me some instructions how I can insert reCAPTCHA in your contact form?

Hi Alex,
We don’t have reCaptcha feature as default. You can use contact form 7 or ninja form plugin instead of default contact form and they will suit your website perfectly and you can set up reCAPTCHA easily with those contact plugins.

Thank you. Just for information as soon as I deleted the build in contact form and I didnțt reclace with anything (Contact Form 7 or Ninja Forms), Akismet started to block the same emails as spam comments. It seems that the contact form is acting as a comments gate.

Hi Alex,
Contact form and ninja form plugin have captcha feature to avoid spam. If you still getting much spam then I would recommend you to contact your hosting company.
