Hi, First of all, you are using a very bad and very slow hosting company. If possible, exchange with a faster-hosting company. If you are having trouble opening the page, please disable third-party plugins and try again.
I just read who is having the similar issue which is caused by Rocket Loader Module by Cloudflare. Just disable it for the website and it will sort out all your related issues.
