Portfolio doesn't load

    Hello,

    So I’ve read the documentation and changed the permalinks but my portfolio still doesn’t load, I’ve tried to reset completly my wordpress on my hosting service, because I’ve changed from UCard to unrovr but even after the reset it doesn’t work,

    Hi Fabien,
    First of all, please go to dashboard > plugins > Pixelwars Core plugin is activated.
    Then go to pages and edit the portfolio page. Check the page attributes on the right-hand side. Portfolio template should be selected.
    Lastly, go to appearance > widgets > homepage menu > click to portfolio item and be sure that portfolio page is selected. I believe that one of these will be the solution. In the meantime, if you have plugins that you have installed later, I recommend you to deactivate them and try it again.

    thanks for your quick answer, unfortunetaly I’ve done all these things and it still doesn’t work.. I really don’t get it since I have a new, clean wordpress installation and theme and the only plugins are the one you suggest

    Hmmm really weird, I’ve changed several times the template to other settings and back again at “Portfolio” and it seems to work, hope it will stay like it !

    Hello,

    I have just 2 small questions:

    – Is it possible to give to the user a confirmation like a pop-up when the mail is sent ?

    – I want to put a drop shadow on my portfolio images with elementor but it doesn’t appear in the page while on elementor yes do you have any idea ?

    Hi,

    It is not possible by default to give to the user a confirmation pop-up.
    You can try to use ninjaform plugin instead of default contact form to achieve this feature.

    Hi, it is very interesting because I just texted it in our demo website and it is working well but when I check your source code, I didn’t see the CSS code applied to your portfolio.
    You can try to use this custom css code;

    .portfolio-single .elementor-widget-wrap {
    box-shadow: 0px 0px 10px 0px rgba(0,0,0,0.5);
}
