Hi
I need to create x12 pages matching Photo Gallery 3 from the Photographer theme.
However when I try to create the portfolio I don’t get the section ‘Details’ and these options:
Photo Gallery: Gallery with zoom.
Photo Gallery 2: Gallery without zoom.
Photo Gallery 3: Gallery without zoom.
They’re completely missing.
It’s not clear what stages I need to go to recreate this:

First of all, please deactivate all your third party plugins and try it again.
On the menu screen click on the screen options button on the upper right corner of the screen. This will open a fly down menu where you need to check the related details box. Then you can choose the gallery type.
After that click to add media button then click to create a gallery button. Upload or choose your photos. Link to media file and size medium and save it.

Sorry I’ve been away.
I’ve just tried this but no option for Related Details comes up.
I can send you a screen shot but there seems to be no way to upload to here…
Please help, the theme is unusable at the moment for what I need.

I saw the screenshots you have sent. You need to navigate to “Portfolio > Edit Post” page then click on “Screen Options” and check “Details”. After that you will see the “Details” box activated on the right sidebar of your page.

I’m afraid I can’t set the page up to look how it should on your demo files. The gallery flow option doesn’t appear anywhere on the Portfolio page.
It basically delivers a ‘list’ of images, which is not right.
I’ve sent an email with the screen grab as there’s no option to upload screenshots. It would be so much easier if you could put together a video to help people with understand the theme make up in order be able to use your demo files and theme.

When you edit a Portfolio item page, there is a details box on the right-hand side. Here, you can set the desired format. We have described this above, but you have not noticed I guess.
