Hey i purchased a blog theme called “Charlotte” and It didnt come set up the way I seen it advertised. Can you all help me set it up the exact way it is advertised?

First of all, I recommend you to add a featured image to your blog posts.
Then you can go to appearance > widgets > blog featured area > you can customize the link boxes and add an image for each of them.
The menu was very confusing. I dragged some parts under the home and left them. You can go to the Menu tab and edit them.
