How can I upload and include social media share buttons?

I don’t think of the social icons with links to the website-holders-social plattform-profils.
I’m talking about the share possibility to directly share the homepage or blogpage to a social network like facebook as a recommendation.
to make it easier for the audience to spread the content around the web.
