Contact US (email) not work

    Hi,

    When I use the contact section for sending email, everything goes well and I see a thumbs up but I will not receive any emil (among multiple try, I just received one email in my junk folder after a a couple hours, not for other ones.) Could you please help me about it?

    By the way, I am using a .online domain. Can it be related to the domain? for the email I received, it was sent from service@my_name.online.

    Hi, It might be related to your hosting company.
    You can activate captcha function and try it again. BookCard WP theme has a built-in captcha in its native contact form. 

    [contact_form captcha="yes" to="me@mysite.com"]

    Also this theme is compatible with Contact Form 7 plugin. If it doesn’t work for you, you can use contact form 7 plugin instead of our default contact form.
