ThanksI’m experiencing the same problem yet API Key connection is successful even after several refreshing, deactivating and activating the plugin:http://prnt.sc/mqqj22
Very frustrating. Another thing why does it remember people email addresses even after using different computers and browsers?
Hi, Could you try to use this solution;
1) Log into your website dashboard and navigate to the Pages -> All Pages section. Open the page you’d like to edit and click the Edit with Elementor button.
2) Drag JetElements Subscribe widget from the left sidebar that lists the Elementor modules to the page’s body, and save the page. This allows you to add the form to the page, next, you need to activate it.
3) Generate your own MailChimp List ID and the MailChimp API key, and enter them to the respective fields
4) Then, navigate to the Elementor -> Jet Elements Settings section in the dashboard and press the Mailing List Manager tab.
5) Enter your MailChimp List ID and the MailChimp API key to the respective fields once again.
Wish you good luck with the website!Hi,

Yes, thank you for the links. Everything is clear to me. The problem is in Jet Elements Integration. I can’t save the Mailchimp settings. I have filled API Key, list ID many times, but every time I can’t save the data. Can you help me save this?
https://ibb.co/Zdb66b5Hi,
Could you please add subscribe widget in the elementor > the form contains only two elements: a field where one can input an email and the “Subscribe” button. Take a look at the Content > Field menu tab.
In the Settings section, you can set up the URL for redirection and enable usage of Target Audience ID of your MailChimp list.
Don’t forget to click the “Publish” or “Update” button at the bottom of the page to save the changes.
Could you please try to use it in this way if it is working for you? In the meantime, we can contact to plugin author related to this issue?
ThanksThank you for Effor Update to version 7.0.6. Now I can save the API Key, list ID without any problem. Thanks! :)
You are welcome :) We’d be very happy if you can spare a minute to rate the theme on ThemeForest. Your feedback will boost our motivation and help us to work harder on future updates.

Hello,
I followed your tutorials and now Mailchimp is connected :)
Thanks.But I have another issue:
How could I add the ‘agree to terms’ checkbox under the jetelements mailchimp subscribe tab??I tried to add it from the Mailchimp plugin but, as a shortcode, the look is really different from the original one of Efor Theme. I need to add the checkbox, maintaining the original look.
Check here: https://ibb.co/FX0r107Thanks,
